The Bagan Villa Resort is the an unassuming budget hotel along the beach stretch, hidden away from the roadside by dense clumps of trees. Situated at a quiet area behind the main road, access in is by a rough gravel road. Accommodation is provided in the form of run-down chalets; these are nothing more than squarish concrete blocks with air-conditioning and beds. Still, it offers one of the cheapest rates among the other hotels. The resort grounds are the smallest among the other hotels, catering for slightly large groups at maximum capacity. However, it has the closest walking distance to the main beach areas and Sepang Gold Coast.
